Release date: September 9, 2026

In Falsus releases on September 9, 2026 on PC via Steam. The date was revealed in July 2026 and is confirmed on the Steam store page and the official X accounts (@infalsus_en, @infalsus_jp). SteamDB lists the release timestamp as 08:00 UTC on September 9 — keep that in mind when converting to your local timezone.

Alongside the date reveal, a pre-launch campaign was announced (covered by GameSpace), so expect wishlist and launch-related activity around the Steam page in the weeks leading up to release.

Price: not announced yet

As of August 5, 2026, no price has been announced for In Falsus. There is no pricing on the Steam page yet either — that typically appears closer to launch. What we can say: the free demo does not make the full game free, so expect a paid release. Check the Steam page when pricing lands, and since a pre-launch campaign has been announced, it is worth keeping an eye out for launch discounts.

Platforms: PC only — no, it is not a mobile game

In Falsus is confirmed for PC (Steam) only. There is no mobile version and no announced console version.

There is genuine confusion about this online — there is even a YouTube video titled "I Said In Falsus Is a Mobile Game" — but none of it is backed by an official announcement from lowiro. If mobile or console ports ever happen, they will not be there at launch, and nothing of the sort has been announced so far.

The free demo is live — and it is substantial

The demo has been free on Steam since February 11, 2026, and it remains the best way to find out whether the game is for you before release. It was updated to v0.3.0 on April 22, 2026, which added:

  • the song Deep Into The Vibe // rejection
  • the Card Integration system
  • two new story scenes for Mei and Iris
